Just a couple things you should know before signing up for lessons.

• Instrument lessons are $25 for a half hour ($30 for voice) and tuition is due the first scheduled lesson of the month, for the entire month. You may schedule any planned cancelations at this time only.
  
  
• Please pay your teacher directly CASH or CHECK ONLY.
  
  
• The time you signed up for is your weekly time slot. This time slot is reserved for you each week unless you make alternative arrangements with your teacher.
  
  
• Multiple Absences: If you request your time slot be held for 3 or more consecutive absences, we require a $10 per week retainer fee (i.e. planned vacation, injury, etc). Multiple absences without contact or multiple lessons without payment may result in losing your appointed lesson time.
  
  
• If your teacher has an unscheduled absence, they will credit you for the missed lesson.

Cancellation Policy

• Please keep in mind that you are paying for date-specific appointments, NOT a guaranteed number of lessons.
  
  
• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance: Rescheduling may be available but is not guaranteed. Your teacher will accommodate make-up lessons as their schedule allows. No refunds are available for cancelled lessons.
  
  
• Day-of cancellations: will be considered a forfeiture of that lesson.
  
  
• Make-up lessons: must be scheduled within a month of your cancellation, or will be considered a forfeiture of that lesson.
  
  
• Cancellations for the FIRST lesson of the month: will be charged as part of your monthly tuition. Make-up lessons may be available if you provide your teacher with 24 hours notice.
  
  
• As a courtesy to your teacher, please provide at least 2 weeks notice if you wish to discontinue lessons.
